The Swarm reported by: Dendar | 20080724-0900 A swarm of allied small fighter craft were seen in the late hours of last night congregating in Dal within the region of The Bleaklands. This was the main task force assigned by T.R.I.A.D command to carry out an operation using small vessels only to hit the enemy fast and hard. General beanflicker took command of this allied force. Reports suggested that a number of enemy scouts within the area sighted the fleet as they were due to depart and attempted an assault into Dal, only to discover that our assigned fleet had moved out and into enemy territory. A defence force was immediately setup within Dal to tackle this incursion which consisted of a number of Cruisers, Battleships and Logistics. A T.R.I.A.D Thanatos class Carrier, piloted by Dendar, was despatched into the area to aid in the defence. This resulted in the scattering of enemy forces as they made an attempt to escape into Amamake. Here, the defence force within Dal successfully engaged and slaughtered the Amarrian assault fleet. Reports at this time suggest that a number of enemy combat vessels were destroyed in this campaign to an unknown number of losses as the swarm of small assault vessels roamed throughout The Bleaklands, coming to an end in heavy fighting within Sahtogas. An attempt was made by the enemy to pursue our fleet late on with equal numbers, however, we believe that the enemy strike force was cut off by a second allied fleet, led by T.R.I.A.D under the lead of Kryten2X4B523P. War for Amarr looks Bleak reported by: DeT Resprox | 20080620-0851 The Bleak Lands - T.R.I.A.D war vessels arrived into this region two days ago and trenched themselves in with UshraKhan inside Auga and Kamela. Kamela itself and Kourmonen are both frequented by Amarrian warships as they seek to push back Matari invasions via Amamake through Ossogur in defence of their military installations. Battle reports frequent the militia channels as ships fall on either side. Last night, T.R.I.A.D were part of a small skirmish fleet, one of several fleets operating throughout The Bleak Lands. Our fleet successfully held back enemy Amarrian forces within Kamela and Kourmonen, whilst another allied fleet were engaged in Lalaa. In last nights action, T.R.I.A.D were involved in the destruction of 4 Amarrian militia warships to 0 losses. However, our night did not end in complete success. Reports came through that a large pirate force of 15+ ships invaded Lalaa in the later hours. This resulted in the loss of multiple ships to our allies, our enemies and the pirates themselves. Communications with military commanders suggest that pirate activity in the region will remain high. We expect to remain in action within the area for some time with plans being made for a possible push deeper into Amarrian space. With immediate effect, T.R.I.A.D will be on active combat duty as representatives of the Minmatar Republic on the battlefront. A large number of corporations came away from the gathering pledging full allegiance to the Repbulic, many of whom are to amalgamate their corporations with each other to build a united front for the purpose of engaging the enemy empires. T.R.I.A.D in Republic Fleet military talks reported by: DeT Resprox | 20080617-1343 T.R.I.A.D have entered long discussions with high ranking officials within the Republic Fleet corporation and other representatives of Matari military organisations. Talks are expected to last several hours regarding the recent increase of raids into Minmatar controlled systems by Amarrian militia corporations. T.R.I.A.D are one of a number of corporations involved in the council meeting of corporations based within the Molden Heath area. Our interests, whatever the outcome, lie in ensuring the safety of the Matari homeworlds and the prevention of Amarrian expansion on our borders.
