Agency Upgrades
reported by: DeT Resprox | 20080720-1845

Upgrades have just gone in for the Campaigns section.

ALL members have had their standing increased to take into account their Minmatar Republic Faction standing divided by 10 (ie 7.50 gives you a T.R.I.A.D standing gain of 0.75).

The T.R.I.A.D standing requirement to access Campaings is now 0.25 instead of 0.05.

All future members will also have their Minmatar Republic Faction standing taken into account.

Combat mission changes
reported by: DeT Resprox | 20080703-1318

Currently, when any Combat mission is completed, an admin is automatically alerted on logging into the Agency and rewards Loyatly Points based upon killmail statistics for each kill.

This is a time consuming task which will cause lots of work in the long run.

We are now moving code accross to read killmails and work out Loyalty Point distribution automatically. We expect to begin testing on this once completed in the coming days.

This may cause some Agency downtime during the period.

T.R.I.A.D Killboard
reported by: Dendar | 20080702-0831

The Killmail formatting has recently changed which is causing errors on submitted killmails.

A fix for this will be put in place later tonight.

Slaves Liberating Missions released !
reported by: Celestia Hawk | 20080511-1717

The T.R.I.A.D Agency is happy to announce you that the new missions concerning the Empire Wars are ready. Several combat missions are already available, including slaves liberating missions. Soon more missions will be added and we will make sure there are enough missions for everybody. Also, we will be adding Campaigns so Fleet Commanders can also chose to work for T.R.I.A.D Agency by running fleet operations for the Agency.

The T.R.I.A.D Agency will also be working with Ushra'Khan Council to add a bounty on the head of several Amarrian pilots soon. You will be able to see these in T.R.I.A.D Bounty Office.

Also, the Agency official forums will soon be opened to public. You will find all sort of information about the Agency and the missions.

Along with these new missions, the Courier and Industrial missions are still available.

Thanks for your attention,

Celestia Hawk, T.R.I.A.D "Media & Communication" Agent.

Agency downtime and upgrades
reported by: DeT Resprox | 20080502-0817

Apologies to our Agency members over the past week for the lack of Agency availability. We had reports come through from two members of possible mission exploits. These have now been fixed.

We have also been working hard on several bug fixes which had arisen from members profiles, the majority of these have since been fixed with the rest due to be done over the weekend. We also have lots of new upgrades which have gone in.

Storyline missions have now become activated - every 10 missions completed by a member will activate a storyline mission granted bonuses to Loyalty Points and Standing Gain. We have also been focusing on adding new mission content and have a new Admin with us to aid in releasing Combat based missions.

We aim to activate the Agency again tonight.

Agency Registrations
reported by: DeT Resprox | 20080411-0910

Following the news article which was released yesterday, we will begin reviewing Agency applications from this evening and sending out invitations.

Please be aware, that we will be making this a gradual process so that the number of registered members is in balance with the rate of mission availability.

As a result, we will be placing a large number of missions into the database over the course of this weekend.

If you are accepted into the agency or are already a memeber, please keep an eye on the Agency page for news of our forthcoming ingame Agency channel.

T.R.I.A.D Agency in the headlines
reported by: DeT Resprox | 20080410-1239

The T.R.I.A.D Agency today hit the EvE news headlines with the following article:

T.R.I.A.D Corporation Agents Ready to Offer Missions
reported by: ISD Magnus Balteus | 2008.04.09 20:49:54

A large number of pod pilots make their living running missions for corporate agents. Until now, agents could only be found at Empire run facilities or “mega” corporation stations.

Although we strongly suggest using properly licensed and regulated agents to run missions, private agents may offer some variety to pod pilots looking for a change. Pod pilots should use their best judgment and caution when accepting missions from non licensed agents.

After almost two years in development, the Teonusude Republic Independent Agency Division has established the most advanced privately run agent system in New Eden. T.R.I.A.D has now hired enough agents, and is ready to start assigning missions to interested pod pilots in or near Matari held space in the Minmitar Republic. As these agents are located in a region that holds little love for the Amarr Empire, Amarrians are strongly discouraged from attempting to make contact there. T.R.I.A.D is a member of the Ushra’Khan alliance, so pod pilots with poor standings to Ushra’Khan should also avoid the region.

DeT Resprox, head of T.R.I.A.D operations explains: “T.R.I.A.D saw a need to keep the Matari sovereignty markets thriving, in particular those of Molden Heath. Much of the Courier and Supply/Order missions are based within Matari regions. This is so that the Matari people have an Agency to work for in Matari space and we are able to produce goods to supply the market in those regions as missions are completed. In the Combat/Campaigns sense… you can expect possible combat campaigns requiring you to shoot any Amarrian on sight in an Amarrian low security system as an example, not just missions geared towards our own Alliance goals. The aim is for the Agency to pan out missions based on events happening in New Eden as well as T.R.I.A.D’s stances in regards to our own faction standings, and our Alliance goals/standings. We are very much pro-Minmatar with a great hatred for the Amarrian race.”

Missions are broken down into three basic categories: Industrial Missions, Combat Missions, and Campaign Missions. Some missions, such as tower refueling and equipment building, are only available to corporation and alliance members.

Industrial Missions generally involve moving minerals or ships to different locations. Extensive use of the current Contract system is used to facilitate the transfers as well as to keep accurate logs.

For Combat Missions, killmails and/or corpses must be presented to the Agency for payment on the mission contract. Escort missions are triggered when an industrial mission runner chooses to use an escort in low security space.

Campaign missions are only available to T.R.I.A.D corporation members, alliance members, and pod pilots with a standing of 0.5 or higher with T.R.I.A.D. Campaigns include combat sweeps of low security areas, recon missions into hostile areas, and even group mining missions.

Much like traditional agents, T.R.I.A.D also maintains a Bounty Office (corpse delivery required for payments) as well as a Loyalty Store.

As the Agency grows, more missions are sure to become available. Current Agency limitations prevent full access to the agent communications via in-pod means. Please visit their GalNet portal triad-eve.net for more information and details on joining.
